CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.
Due to Paypal's policy, a 6% service fee is charged for the cancellation requested by the customer.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
We accept the return of products.
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a photo of the package received with the tracking number clearly visible.
Please kindly note that unless the product received is incorrect or faulty. The customer is responsible for the return shipping, this includes if the customer does not like the product or customer placed a wrong order.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, then the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected on your account depends on the original payment method.
If you paid the order with Paypal Balance, you should receive the refund within 24 hours.
If you paid the order with a credit card or debit card, then the refund can take up to 14 working days to be reflected in your bank account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received the refund after 14 working days please contact us.
